On Monday the dentist found two cavities in Williams mouth! As we drove away from the dentist office I suggested to Will that we go get sundaes, you know, to soften the blow of the bad news. William became thoughtful.
William: Mom is today Sunday?
Me: No today is Monday. Ice cream sundaes are ice cream with hot fudge on them, remember?
William: pause... Mom?
Me:Yes
William: can we get mondays instead?
